Member of the Lewis and Clark Trail Heritage Foundation

Member of the Board of Directors of the Lewis & Clark Discovery Expedition, St. Charles, MO.

Executive Officer Lewis and Clark Discovery Expedition, St. Charles, MO.  Responsible for the development of the expeditions military component, recruitment of Reenactors, training, uniforming, and scheduling events and crew for the Bicentennial Commemoration 2003-2004.

 

Crew member since October 1998. Overall Ground Commander for the river expeditions 1999, 2000 and 2001. Researched and developed the reenactment organization of the Discovery Expedition over a two and half year period. Subjects included Uniforms, accoutrements, weapons, military drill, and protocols of the 1803 period.

 

Organized and scheduled training and expeditions for 143 Crewmembers Nationwide.

 

Speaker for the Discovery Expedition in numerous schools, museums, and civic and patriotic organizations, as well as Missouri Bicentennial Commission Workshops

 

Career:

Retired after 40-year career with Western Electric/AT&T/Lucent Technologies in Security/Environmental, Health & Safety Management.

Certified Protection Professional  (CPP)  American Society of Industrial Security (International).
