THANK YOU, MRS. WARNER
Dear Mrs. Warner,
It is important to stop and take the time to say “Thank you” when people do something nice for you. We had many people that we wrote thank you letters to because they gave us their time and shared what they knew to help us learn about Mars and Lewis and Clark.
Thank you for coming and teaching us. We have so many thank you's to write for this project. We could not do this without all the help you gave us. You are a great teacher and I would love for you to come back again.
I did not know that learning how to write a letter could be so much fun and so interesting.
Learning about journaling and letter writing was really interesting. I especially liked your adventure to Alaska tale.
We appreciate you changing your schedule to come and spend time with us.
I have to write a lotttttttttttttt of letters and it really helps to know how to write one.
I like traveling a lot and when you came and talked to us, it was so interesting. I wrote a thank you letter in the third grade but I forgot how to type it. Now, at 4:58 p.m., I am using your example for a thank you letter and really appreciate your diagram of how to write a proper thank you.
I would have never known how to write such a fine letter. I am going to start writing to my relatives. They would never have gotten any letters if you had not taught us how to write a proper Thank You.
I hope you will come and teach us about something else.
Now I know how to write a REAL letter to NASA.
I was not here when you were a principal, but I have been on several field trips with you and I know you are very, very nice.
